Positives: I am appalled by the inexcusable behavior exhibited by the overnight manager, Todd Sipes, and the security officer, Paul, during my recent stay. What I expected to be a high-end experience at a reputed 5-star establishment quickly turned into a nightmare. Both individuals acted with blatant impunity, flagrantly violating both the law and basic human decency. Their actions were not only discriminatory towards me as a person with disabilities but also openly hostile and demeaning toward members of the LGBTQ+ community. Their bullying and intimidation tactics are absolutely unacceptable, especially in an establishment that claims to uphold the highest standards of service. It is beyond comprehension that staff at a luxury hotel would engage in such targeted harassment. It is even more alarming that these individuals appear to operate without consequence. This behavior is not just a violation of basic human rights, but also an attack on the values of inclusivity, respect, and equality that a global hospitality brand like Loews should champion. The management's failure to address this incident leaves me questioning the safety and well-being of all guests who may fall outside their narrow and prejudiced view. Thanks to the federal law, action is being taken against those individuals to address this gross misconduct and to implement training and policies to prevent further instances of such appalling behavior.

Todd Sipes, the overnight manager, and Paul, the overnight security officer, did not just provide bad service; they attacked, harassed, and discriminated against me in ways that should send shockwaves through any company claiming to care about its guests. Their actions were not just an oversight—they were intentional, aggressive, and malicious. Todd Sipes and Paul acted with unchecked impunity, violating the law and showing complete disregard for the rights of their guests. They clearly felt empowered to discriminate against individuals with disabilities and to bully LGBTQ+ members without fear of reprisal. It was not merely a failure of service; it was a targeted, vile act of hatred and abuse of authority. The fact that these individuals are still employed by this hotel speaks volumes about the institution’s complicity in allowing such toxic, illegal behavior to persist. Their treatment of me is a reflection of a deeper rot within the system—systemic bullying and discrimination that is not only tolerated but seemingly encouraged. By allowing employees like Todd Sipes and Paul to act without consequence, this establishment is actively endorsing the mistreatment of marginalized groups. This wasn’t a lapse in judgment—it was an orchestrated act of bigotry. Todd Sipes and Paul’s actions are a direct violation of civil rights laws that protect individuals with disabilities and LGBTQ+ people from discrimination, harassment, and abuse. They abused their positions of power to intimidate, threaten, and humiliate me in ways that are not only unethical but illegal. This hotel is harboring lawbreakers, and unless immediate, public, and aggressive actions are taken, it will continue to serve as a safe haven for individuals like Todd Sipes and Paul who prey on vulnerable guests. This situation demands more than a mere apology or vague promise of “training” or “investigation.”

Positives: This is an amazing location. The hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Room service and food was excellent. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Negatives: Because of the size of the property I felt like small things were missed. The text service is nice in theory but nothing I requested was available everytime I asked. I couldn’t get basic over the counter things that even the smaller less fancier and less expensive hotels always have on hand. I requested a late check out but was unable to get it due to what the hotel had going on. Then lastly I request washcloths be bought to the room which we never got. Again these are just comments on my experience not bad
