Positives: The room was comfortable and spacious. The cost of the stay is reasonable and the location is excellent, easy access to the freeway and conveniently located between both Dallas and Ft. Worth so that visiting attractions on either city is easy. This is my third stay at the Microtel by Windham and it will not be the last. The next time I am planning a visit to the DFW area, I will look to book here again

Negatives: I honestly have no complaints about this facility.

Negatives: The manager or day supervisor talked so poorly about the night staff man for what room he gave me on my late arrival actually responded when I said that the man the night before was very nice polite and helpful he called him a damn idiot who can’t do his job …I said well he took good care of his customer that’s part of his job and this manager said to said customer “ I don’t care about that he needs to do what was right “ You don’t care ? The man on my late arrival was great after a 17 hour drive I just needed a bed . The misleading photos the dirty un-useable pool not mentioned the hotel is outdated and hallways were so dark and walls thin . After a bug crawled on me I didn’t even finish my 5 night stay after two nights .

Negatives: The staff was rude and the definition of inhospitable. They couldn?t be bothered to be polite or respectful. Will not stay here or recommend this place. Basic room amenities. Black mold in bathroom. Better than sleeping in the car.
