Before Sunday, Sep 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Sep 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.
