I didn't like anything. It was horrible!

They had no key to get me inside so I had to walk over to the staff just to get inside my room. The room was dirty and there was no toilet paper or towels to take a shower.im very upset and let down by this stay. Every hotel should give you a key to get inside. There was no extra door latch cause that was broken off like someone had broken in.

The room was full of roaches all crawling in the bathroom, even in the bed. The remote didn’t work for the tv, heat didn’t work. I contact the front desk all he said was ok and did I need WiFi access.
