Everything. Dirty, rude staff, lied multiple times as far as a refund, literally laughed while trying to get help… disgusting property with people who mean you no good. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. I only stayed one night and so they said they would refund every night but one but then never actually checked me out with booking so that they could keep my money for five nights. Truly horrific experience. Had to kill random flying bugs all night and go to Walmart for cleaning supplies just to make it through the one night. And booking customer service was also unhelpful as far as getting a refund, they said they could only do it with written consent of the property but why would the property give that if they knew they were scamming in the first place? I am sad to say I won’t be using this service anymore, either.

I like the fact that you can bring your pet along with you and they do have a station area for your pet.

I didn’t like that the property was really dusty and not well cleaned. The trash cans are dirty and the ice machine looks old and dirty as well. The rooms had roaches and the man in the office yelled at me about towels. The lady in the office is BEYOND RUDE she shouldn’t work with the public in my opinion. They would come into our room at 10:30 while we sleep I would ask them why they say to see if we are checking out. They immediately start calling your room and banging on the door at 11:00 am. Once you let them know you’re staying over they will harass you every 120 seconds. The lady in the office will say rude things to me and my boyfriend we’ve had to defund ourselves to them multiple times she’s even call our phone leaving voicemails when we aren’t on the property any more it’s unbelievable how she treats people. The hotel is always pretty empty and I’m sure it’s because they run people off with their behavior. They pretty much skyrockets the rate and charge way more than it’s worth from Friday-Sunday ! I’m no longer interested in coming to this hotel it’s not worth the disrespect or the money
