Negatives: I didn’t like that the property was really dusty and not well cleaned. The trash cans are dirty and the ice machine looks old and dirty as well. The rooms had roaches and the man in the office yelled at me about towels. The lady in the office is BEYOND RUDE she shouldn’t work with the public in my opinion. They would come into our room at 10:30 while we sleep I would ask them why they say to see if we are checking out. They immediately start calling your room and banging on the door at 11:00 am. Once you let them know you’re staying over they will harass you every 120 seconds. The lady in the office will say rude things to me and my boyfriend we’ve had to defund ourselves to them multiple times she’s even call our phone leaving voicemails when we aren’t on the property any more it’s unbelievable how she treats people. The hotel is always pretty empty and I’m sure it’s because they run people off with their behavior. They pretty much skyrockets the rate and charge way more than it’s worth from Friday-Sunday ! I’m no longer interested in coming to this hotel it’s not worth the disrespect or the money

Negatives: 1. Not clean 2.smells horrible 3. Bugs/ insects everywhere 4. Horrible overall 5. Bathrooms are dirty don’t take a shower in there pls

Negatives: Good morning office lady is very rude and does not give me time to make accommodations is very quick to say she will call the cops.

Negatives: Outside is kinda sketchy , had a problem once with someone drunk trying to come into my room (my door was double locked, they never got in) called front desk and he handled the situation swiftly, never had any other problems.
