breakfast was terrible only ate it one morning. The ac did not work the first night so burned up till maintenance could get there next day.....no discount. The kicker is they charged 21.00 to park in a Hotel that does not even have enough parking with out letting us know. The parking fee was a deal breaker we feel as if you scammed us. WE have stayed there the last couple of years for Ranger games. We have crossed this hotel off our list and are telling everyone we know that goes to Rangers games not stay at this hotel. We will get the 21.00 dollars back by you loosing business.

Beds were not comfortable the pull out couch was horrible and the pillows were horrible not to mention we didn’t get clean towels we had to ask for them, our shower was dirty and the sink smelled nasty. So much money we payed for a bad experience

The staff was rude...the bed was absolutely horrible. Ask not to have the room service they came in anyway and left the door open anyone could have walked in and stole everything....I will never support the establishment again NEVER!!!! I left a day early because I could not tolerate the bed!!!
