Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The hotel charges $25 to check in anytime before 4. I would ask that they advertise this as our plane arrived in Dallas at 1:30 and I was accustomed to hotels allowing you in a little early as long as our rooms are ready.

I still have a deposit pending on my credit card and it has been over 48 hours. We left the motel in wonderful condition.

Only thing was every time our room needed to be cleaned it wasnt cleaned had to keep reminding them we were here about a month.

Most amazing hotel ever! Smelled good, huge room, beautiful decor, comfy bed, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, toaster, ice maker. Little store in lobby for food. close to shopping, gas, restaurants. Perfect experience

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is central located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex - close to evry place I wanted to visit.

It appears that many guests were laborers. I felt like an outsider as I was there for pleasure. It appears that guests were smoking marijuana in their rooms. The facility had "no smoking" signs. I believe that means all smoking and just not cigarettes

Great front desk staff member at check in! Very attentive and friendly at a busy time.
Negatives:
Hidden daily parking fee. Only $5 per day, but I might have selected a different hotel for a few dollars more if I had known in advance. Parking lot is not well-lit at night. Thin walls between rooms (or else the guests in the next room were very loud.
