Positives: It's was very close to shopping,restaurants and the stadium. The kitchenette was very convenient and cost effective. The room was very clean and cozy. We will be making a reservation for our next visit.

Negatives: The parking was a bit limited. I wish they offered king-size beds.

Positives: The location is central and close to everything you could possibly need. For the price that I paid (before the surprise pet fees that were not disclosed until I arrived to check-in, but completely understandable), I was very pleasantly surprised with the room amenities, in itself. I have stayed in tons or "fancy" hotels for a way higher price and was hardly ever even provided a mini fridge. This room (single queen bed) was perfect for just my son and I. I will say that besides the level of cleanliness of the room being sub-par, (at best) rated maybe a 5/10 in my opinion the amenities almost made up for it. We were super surprised to find an almost full size fridge, a tiny stove top, and even a small kitchen table/area to eat at when we arrived.

Negatives: Room was what I would consider "tidy" but it was not near enough clean or sanitized as I would expect at a hotel stay. Definitely needs a good deep cleaning for sure and the musty smell would probably fade.
