Studio 6-Arlington TX - South - Dallas

Negatives: Only thing even tho it was cool outside for it was the A/C not working to standards, needs to be cleaned out thru inside. I cleaned the filters which was quickly done but I didn't let them know about the inside A/C condition or the drain pipe running outside might be clogged up. Other then that it was a Great stay ! Thank You Studio 6

Negatives: First of all, my room had the smallest queen bed I've ever seen. The room had roaches and the sink in the kitchenette was leaking below the counter. The towels were crispy and rough. The worst part of the 11 day stay was the daytime office attendant. Kristy. Dealing with her for any reason was a terrible experience. There is no reason anyone should be allowed to speak to customers the way she did to me and several other guests. Her favorite phrase was "If you don't..._____. I'm calling the cops." I had to actually call them on her my last morning there because she began harassing me about check out time before it was even close. She was more than rude. She was mean. It took all the value out of the stay.
