the location was great and close to At&t stadium as well as to downtown Dallas.
Negatives:
I didn't like that it smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom the 2 days was clogged water would not leave till the end of the night. The hotel definitely needs an upkeep of the paint and the building itself i noticed black mold on boards.

Over all cleanly ness needs...
Positives:
The location was good, near entertainment, restaurants and pretty quick and easy access to Cooper Street. The area was quiet and seemed safe. The room had a full sized refrigerator/kitchen, that was useful.
Negatives:
No breakfast option, no shampoo/ conditioner or blow dryer. I probably could have asked, or should have known to bring my own. I guess I could have brought my own groceries for breakfast.

Location, Accomodations exceeded our expectations, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Buildings and grounds were clean and well kept.
