I stayed for several nights and the internet connection, including the paid-for service, was consistently poor. I complained several times but it never got better, except that I was connected to the outsourced IT provider once and it improved for that evening but was back to very poor the following morning. I would have rated the hotel as good, but with the internet being consistently unreliable, I cannot give it anything but a low rating.
