It was in a good location near the highway.
Negatives:
It's not a hotel, it's a motel with outside entrances. There was a noticeable gap under the door, I'd guess in summertime bugs would be in the room through the gap.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, unfortunately it was quite a disappointment when we realized it. The staff said it was a 3 star hotel rated as 4 "what ever that means'

We had to move rooms twice. Got woken up by water dripping from the ceiling at 6am. Not very fun to move rooms that early but the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The air conditioning was very loud cycling in and out. Difficult to sleep with the sudden noise changes- had to turn it off.
Also there was a green light on a smoke detector (?) that flashed every 30 seconds or so and was right next to bed which was a little annoying but we were eventually able to ignore it.

The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good and had several hot and cold options, the location was great for ACL close enough to use rideshare at decent prices
and far enough away from the busy downtown area. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms and grounds very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
