Jonathan at the reception was realy nice and helpful he gave us good tips for eating out and spending the day in Austin. The room was nice and had a beautiful view. The Hotel has a nice restaurant in the lobby were they serve good food even until late. The hotel has a good location, you can reach everything by foot.
Negatives:
There was a air vent in the room that made a squeking noise, we had to stuff a towel in there for the night. On the day we left the hotel we took our car from the valet service, while paking our things in the car there was a wierd homeless guy sneaking arround our luggage, nobody from the valet service said anything or took the secuirty of their guests seriously.

They charged the room 2 times the same price for one night. I still call every day to solve the problem and I realized they have charged a third time the same price.

Great staff, location, nice breakfast place and restaurant in the building.

The sheets were OLD - like overly washed and uncomfortable. some of the walls need a good scrubbing. Just a tad shabby with the details.
