Pretty web photos. The bed was not uncomfortable. 2 rooms. The 1st rooms AC did not work (manager argued that it does not come on if it is colder outside than inside) We were able to move. Breakfast bag-sugar water, "muffins", sugary granola bar.
Negatives:
Always noisy. Staff screaming at 7:45 Sunday AM outside. No-in room coffee, clothes rack, chair, ice bucket, fire extinguisher, art, hair dryer, tissue, radio, iron, dishwasher, tiny toiletries not replenished 2nd day (had to go buy shampoo/soap).

Everything. It's what you call a kickdoor hotel. It looked nothing like the pictures online.

The staff is very friendly, inviting & helpful. Great location to the airport & nearby stores, shopping. Love having a fridge with a freezer in my room, along with a microwave in my room. Laundry facilities onsite & a perfect grab & go breakfast!

Both rooms were damp and smelt of cigarettes. One of the rooms had cockroaches in it, the staff were unhelpful when confronted with these issues and did nothing.

I DID NOT like person working the front desk. She was impatient, she was rude, she barely made eye contact. I seemed to be bothering her trying to check in. She does not know the definition of customer service and should be in a different industry.
