The bathroom was never cleaned. They just gave new towels. No one speaks English accept the front desk and the bartender. I did not have a microwave so I had to come down to warm up my food. The refrigerator was broken and my beverages were warm. I had a King Room with a balcony. It was not at all worth what I paid. I would not recommend this place to stay. The food is overpriced and nasty. There was no iron to iron my clothes.

Room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Staff at the desk were helpful and courteous. Staff in the restaurant were friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Negatives:
Wifi was not free. [I should have read the details closer.] There was no soap or body gel. I could have called the desk to request it, but I was too tired to bother.

Location worked as it was a cheap uber ride from COTA and the city. Handy for the airport too. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Loved those buttermilk pancakes! Heath in the bar is a real asset to the hotel.
Negatives:
Lack of power outlets in the room unless you unplugged the lamps. Plumbing not great. Toilet blocked twice and sink blocked too. Hotel feels like it needs a little TLC. Dinner options in the bar were ok but food could have been better and hotter
