Negatives: I feel like I was discriminated against because I'm transgender because the next day I was going to stay again just because I needed to be in that location and I didn't want to move all my things and they told me that I was on the do not rent list and I was like for what for telling the security guard not to to get loud with me not to be rude to me I'm on the do not rent list this is disgusting I know why y'all put me all the do not ring this cuz I'm transgender and you are discriminating against me That's exactly what happened and the lady was just shaking her head that's all she could do was just shake her head

Negatives: Everything! The staff member on the night shift shows no courtesy. I was not greeted, and when I came back to ask for another room, he wouldn't even acknowledge me or apologize for the inconvenience. The first room I was given was in the back of the building where a group of men were hanging out playing loud music smoking weed. We came into Austin for a school event, and my daughter and I didn't feel safe at all. The room had made beds, that was ok, but the restroom had pubic hairs all over, and what look like cigarettes burn marks all over the edge. When I reached the phone to call the front desk, I couldn't get the dial tone, but later realized there was no cord attached. It was a prop! Went to ask for a room in the front of the building, and the second room reeked of Marijuana too. The hair dryer and fridge didn't work. There was an additional door going to another room that made us feel unsafe, especially since there was already a chair against the door when we got there. People are always sitting outside or walking back and forth through the hallways. This completely ruined our trip as we didn't sleep comfortably feeling unsafe. Never again! Please read the ratings. Apparently, this place is known for drug deal transactions taking place there. I don't doubt it at all!! It's not a place for women to stay at. Please pay the extra money for your safety.

Negatives: There was almost no parking except for handicap. I booked a king-size bed online when one was available. When I got there, they had just given my room away, and my husband and I were given a room with 2 twin beds just because the prices were the same. There were also a ton of roaches. Would have gone to a different hotel if we weren't just staying for the night.

Negatives: Dirty, our door didn?t shut all the way and it felt very unsafe.
