Positives: I liked how friendly and attentive the staff was.

Negatives: The AC in my first room didn’t work at all. The ac “auto” function in my second room didn’t work so I had to keep turning on/off as needed so it wouldn’t get too cold or hot. Also the smoke alarm went off in my first room and no one seemed to care. The breakfast was subpar- the sausage patties were hockey pucks, the ham seemed to have been old and reheated multiple times, the eggs were decent. The hallways reeked of all the marijuana I was 5th floor so maybe people felt daring. Both the rooms I stayed in had all the hair on the floor. My second room had a busted toilet that kept running all through the night.

Positives: Staff members were exceptional. Friendly, courteous, engaging, efficient! Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. What else can you ask for.

Negatives: Halls are a little loud from inside the rooms but did not interfere with sleep. Some conversations were quite fun to hear.
