Exceptional
Positives:
The property was in a great location for those who want to go to Acl. There is an Acl shuttle that picks up just a few blocks away
Negatives:
The staff. There was an issue with them receiving my payment from Booking.com. So they told me I had to pay right then and there after I had already been there a day. And when I wasn’t able to do that, because I already paid through Booking.com, they proceeded to call the cops on me and lied to them, saying I tried to break into the building, which obviously wasn’t true because a cop saw that I didn’t do that and let me go with no issues. And when you also post a negative review on the Google dock delete it if they don’t like it. But the reason for the attitude from the lady at the desk was because she was pregnant.
