Our room fridge had old trash in it that smelled horrible. There were used condoms in parking lot. Continental breakfast was very slim. Being diabetic muffins and juice are not enough options. Dont take your shoes off in the room the floors are filthy. Our feet were black as coal if we took our shoes off. So besides location we did not find any positives.

Worst stay I have had...
Negatives:
Everything was disgusting, the sheets had holes in stains in them. The floor had stuff stuck all over it, there were several bugs in the light. The beg was too big for the frame and hanging over. There were several stains on the mattress and box frame. Didn’t look like anyone cleaned the room. Cleanliness should be held at a higher standard

Room lock didn't work and couldn't be repaired. I had always to be accompanied by the desk personnel to my room to open the door.
Overall dirty both the room and the common areas.

Not enough parking. When we came back from dinner parking lot was full we had to park far away from our room. The shower was leaking, so the bathroom floor was wet, break fast ends at 9:00 the outlet for the hair dryer didn't work.

The bed appeared to be a double bed, not the queen I had reserved. My husband is disabled and I requested a first floor roo.. I did get the first floor, but it was right at the stairs. If he had his scooter, he couldn't have gotten it in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn. The staff members were courteous and patiently answered all my questions. The room was really clean and organized, and I was able to relax from my trip.

The breakfast can use some improvement. But I wasn't too bothered since there were eateries and a mart 14 mins walking distance from the Inn.

The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure that the food I ordered from Uber Eats was delivered right to our hotel room.
Negatives:
Our stay had several issues. The room was messy, and the AC was leaking, so we had to turn it off. The area didn’t seem safe, and when we mentioned these concerns to the front desk staff, we were advised to use a towel for the leak. As we were traveling with kids, we wanted to ensure the hotel was safe, but the staff didn't care much. When we asked we would like leave since she didn't provide any resolution, we were told no refund would be provided, and it was too late to make other arrangements, so we had to stay. Additionally, breakfast was supposed to be available until 9 am, but when we went at 8 am, there was nothing left.
