Positives: When I arrived the Roo was not available. I asked for early check in and agreed to pay the fee. However when I arrived, I was told that was not an option. I needed to change clothes and the public restroom was my only option. I had to change hotels which made me late for an important meeting I traveled to attend.

Negatives: I was forced to pay valet. There wasn't even an option! 56 dollars a night! Plus they asked for tips! I don't like people being in my car to begin with and now they want a tip. No ty. Wifi cost 11.95 a night!!! Each channel on my TV was rptd 3 times and it was poor quality. Nothing but HSN and QVC and old westerns! The TV in the living room didn't have a remote, the bedroom did, called front desk and said they would bring up but never happened. No guide on TV either. Reported that and was told to push 0 on remote for guide but no numbers worked when pushing. Couldn't even wind down for the night comfortably. Kitchen didn't have a toaster, can opener or paper towels. I was under the impression it was a full kitchen. It had plates and utensils but you'd have to air dry ur hands after washing. I will NEVER stay here again!!!!!!

Negatives: The pool was closed, we had to call just to get into the parking lot, because the valet had the entrance blocked, the hotel itself is pretty run down, they charge exuberant rates for meals, parking and any extras, after already inflated room rates.
