Yes, it?s not mentioned that you have to pay 51 for parking, every night, the first room we got smells like cigarette, I spoke to the guy at the front, and he gave me a 2nd room that smelled worst(plus a smaller room) the carpet was disgusting.

The hotel ultra comfortable. Has all the facilities, gym and business centre. Fulfil all our needs.
The staff especially Jim Berg at reception was excellent, He is amazing and went over and above for accommodating our requests during our stay at the hotel. He is an asset to the hotel.
A further staff member is Dan at the restaurant who really carries out exceptional service for breakfast. Amazing person who also goes the extra mile!

The breakfast was pretty good, but we only had it because they gave us free vouchers because we were unhappy with other things

Our bedroom tv stopped working , we paid extra for a suite, they did not fix,
We wanted our room serviced each day- it wasn’t .
Our room was in an alcove and lights weren’t working , I felt as though it was a safety issue, we told them from day 1 and it was never fixed
We also booked them as they boasted on the website about the bar and restaurant - did not excist - is under construction!!!!

Crazy construction happening. Loved the hotel, didn't love the mess or how trashed the lobby is/sounds.

It was so quiet at night. No road noise, no wild hotel guests, would definitely stay again!
Negatives:
A hotel room was being remodeled across from ours. The door was just open. That was a little eerie. I'm sure there is reason for it, but was a little strange seeing it open all the time.
