Highfloor was only 6th (goes up to 16 floors).
Pictures show a shower. Was an old bathtub.

The property is modern and decoration is different than a regular hotel. The location is good (couple of blocks from the capitol). The staff is friendly. It has an interesting concept of restaurant called “swim club”. The breakfast place called morning bird has good food.
Negatives:
The area is surrounded by homeless, so even as it could be walking distance from the capitol and places to eat, you will think it twice once you see the homeless.
The hotel is located near the freeway, so you can hear the noise of the cars at night (it may depend on the room location? And maybe I wake up easily)
The “swim club” which is located on the first floor is a restaurant opened to the public (with a very cool decor) but also that means the hotel pool was open to the public. They did not need the hotel key to use the pool or even grab a towel. It was mostly packed with women drinking there (drinks looked cool) and everyone was in good behavior, but it did not feel like family environment (I was with my 7yo). Also there was no sitting space, or chairs or even a place to put your stuff as a guest of the hotel (unless you go at 11 am when they open). So depending on what you are looking for this will be a plus for you or a con (in my case, married with kids it was a con since we couldn’t really use the pool).
Parking is $49 nightly, as most of the hotels in the area, just keep it in mind when comparing prices.
