Our shower only had scalding hot water. When I called to have it repaired, the repairs caused water to shoot out all over the bathroom. We had to quickly pack up and change rooms. The hotel staff was very kind, but it was an inconvenience.

Listing said King Room with Balcony, I sent over 2 requests to ask for certain was balcony inside or outside all 2 went unanswered. I arrived and was told there were no rooms with balconies, none in the hotel. I reserved there for a balcony, I should be refunded
