After Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Terrific location for the lake, downtown, and nightlife. And for our event at the Hyatt Regency. The accommodations were a solid value over staying at the Hyatt.

Negatives: The tub was filthy, with the previous guest's towel still in the tub. The shower curtain was too short, so water got onto the floor with every shower and had caused previous flooring damage.
