Only liked the size of the room. I liked that the fridge and microwave worked. The ac worked well.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The lights did not work in the kitchen area or the night stand lamp. The only light in the room was the restroom. There were no sheets or bedding for the sofa bed. I had to ask for the at the front desk.

Staff was very nice. I mistakingly didn't book for my final day in Austin and staff were very accommodating and made it easy for me to book another night.
Negatives:
Room and hotel in general in terrible disrepair. No chair in the room. Asked for a chair, had to go to the front desk to get it, seat covered with a towel and when I removed the towel, the seat was filthy. Staff was nice but not enough of them.

Crazy, horrible place, dirty everywhere (rooms, outside), cigarettes and weed smell everywhere! They says that the rooms have kitchen utensils and everything you need for cooking - this is a lie! They don’t even have enough pans for the whole hotel! There are also a lot cockroaches crawling in the rooms; during the 6 days I stayed, no one ever changed the bed sheets! breakfast is a different story - coffee stinking of crap and dollar tree chocolate! There are no microwaves in the rooms. Guys! this hotel is the top of the bottom!

It was not clean or maintained well. My room had no number tag on the outside. There were dirty towels in the room from the previous guest when I checked in. There was a very musty odor in the room and hallway. The microwave was certainly a fire hazard and parts of the room were in disrepair.
There was dog feces in the hallway the Thursday I checked in, which I reported 5 times over the course of three days. It was still there when I checked out the following Tuesday. Desk staff blamed it on maintenance/housekeeping. However I saw one of the desk staff in the hall to inspect it and assumed hed take care of it, but he left if right there. At some point the cleanliness of a property is the responsibility of all staff.
