Between Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Location is good, close to grocery store. Good to have a kitchen in the room for meals

Negatives: Room is pictured with dining tables and chairs, we had a table and 1 chair for a booking of 4 people and had to spend the week sitting on the ground to eat. Shower had hair in it and drain clogged which meant water didn't drain when showering and someone else's hairs floating around. TV didn't work.

Positives: The hotel was reasonable. My issue is with booking.com. It clearly states on your contract that the reservation was able to be modified or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. I attempted 2 to 3 days prior to change my reservation and booking.com said it couldn’t be changed, which is violation of our agreement.

Positives: I stayed 3 nights before I changed hotels. Each night, a vehicle or work truck was broken into and stuff stolen. They have no cameras or security. Do not recommend to anyone.

Negatives: The automobile break-ins and theft there every night I was there, 3 nights. No cameras, no security. Would not recommend it to anyone. I got lucky, my truck didn't get broke into, but the truck parked next to me did.
