Well first of all I would like to thank you for letting us rent the room for a fews night. Breakfast in the morning was delightful fell our stomach for the morning and we also went to floor 5 to visit the pool and also took plenty of pictures from your pool area for that we would love to come back and stay there next time we in town. Thank you again we love staying there we feel comfortable knowing you have to use the room card for everything.

There’s nothing to dislike about our stay. We will recommend our hotel to our friends that will be going to Austin.

Negatives:
Room and bathroom DARK, couldn’t see to do hair, makeup . Pool area / rooftop was a disappointment . Decorative wall crumbling and all the debris left sitting there and the cricket infestation was horrible. The pool was full of them and in the evening there were so many on the rooftop you couldn’t even walk or sit out there to see the skyline or relax.

I received an upgrade to a large king room as a Hilton's member. It was very spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the blackout curtains. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast options for this type of buffet were also quite good. Overall, this Hampton Inn offers very good value.
