The room was fine.
Curb appeal - the front is littered with dead crickets. You would think someone might sweep them away. Entrance is drab and dreary - not welcoming at all
Sleeping - If you are a light sleeper be prepared to stay awake till 2am when the place across the street stops blaring their music.
Housekeeping - 1st day they didn't come till after 4:30pm at which point we were in the midst of getting ready to go out. 2nd day still no housekeeping until I called and she came to the room late afternoon. 3rd day - I went to find her and told her we were going out.
Worst one yet - On our last day there we were leaving our room and within seconds a bottle or light fixture came crashing down from above shattering glass all over the place. It could have easily fallen on us. WORST Hilton I have ever stayed.in

Staff was great. Check in/out was quick and effortless. Big bed, multiple lamps and chairs.

The pool was out of service. I know it's likely out of staff control but having a pool was the main reason I booked this location.

I asked for a wake up call due to the need to make an early am flight. I was assured I would have one via text. But no wake up call came. By sheer luck, I woke up without one and was able to make my flight - no thanks to the hotel staff.
