The beds were very comfortable. Great location to everything in Austin.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely terrible. No knowledge of process and procedure for check in or out. Tied up an outrageous amount of my money in bank account for six days. Only made excuses and blamed everything on third party booking with Booking.com. They would not even print out a check out receipt because I did not book stay with them. Also the business center computer and printer did not work. I had to find a local place to print.
