Angelica was super nice at the reception. check in was very quick. The hotel is Extremely clean. Very quiet and the breakfast was so delicious. We stayed one night but definitely will come back again.

I just want to let you know that when I arrived at the hotel after paying with my card everything was fine, they gave me my access card to room 401, floor 4, then they told me that the elevator was not working. My recommendation is that when this happens, do not charge the debit or credit card, inform the customer and look for a solution or immediate cancellation of the reservation without additional charges.
After talking to the lady at the front desk very kindly, she found a solution at another Hampton Inn Austin NW near The Domain with a gentleman named Marcos who very kindly received us. The next day at this hotel the pool was closed and completely dirty. The price was approximately $99.9. In the end I don't know what was charged to my card but I hope it's not double charges.
This was not at all pleasant or comfortable for me and my family.
