Amazing staff, super nice. Great location for downtown and UT Campus.

There are definitely things out of place, attention to detail would fix the crooked fixtures, or possibly the leak that woke everyone up at 530 on a Sunday.

Positives:
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for 6th street fun, the hotel did have a variety of breakfast, and was clean for the most part.
Negatives:
I did not like that the area had leaking water from the ceiling tiles, while getting breakfast. The bathroom had chipped paint and walls. our toilet moved when you sat and got up. The rooms are very plain and echos. If you are going there to swim bad idea the pool is a small, small square. I also feel that all the charges should be included and knows that your card will be debited as soon as you get there. ROOM + DEPOSIT.

No parking garage, would assume they’d have a lower level garage for everyone instead of paying $45 valet.
