That when I booked through yall. It was the last of my funds and yall booked me into a fully booked hotel. No rooms available. Hotel staff didn't help and most of all yalls booking staff offered no sense of assistance. No help. Nothing. Guess where me and my recently injured back slept that night with a girlfriend and a dog. You guessed it. In texas in my very hot small car. Not sure if I'll be booking with you anymore. AS I can't afford to risk not getting into a place again. Then not receiving any help with it. You should have done what you could to move my reservation elsewhere. I mean it's not really my fault you booked a hotel room somewhere with no vacancy for me now is it? Yet I'm left to deal with the fault. Not professional.

The property was ok but the AC was not cooling the room is was hot in the hallways and the service guy was horrible. We weren’t in the room 10 minutes and wouldn’t refund. No accommodation to the room.

4th floor elevator was dirty, not in good shape, kinda creepy and most important-- door did not close when I was leaving for the airport very early in the morning. I had to carry my luggage down 4 flights of stairs. The guy at the desk sat in his chair starting at his phone and only said "it doesn't work" the van drive said " its getting fixed soon"
