Positives:
The property had a good location and it was clean.
Negatives:
Our sink was clogged and when we called it in, no one helped us. At 6 am we woke up and there was no electricity. We called the front desk to inform them. At that point, we just used our phones for electricity. We packed and left the property.

Rooms were clean, up to date, and comfortable. Although we weren't able to use the pool, it looked like it would be a great place to spend the afternoon! The Texas shaped waffles were also a nice touch!
Negatives:
They key entry for the side doors needs to be looked into, but we otherwise did not really have any issues while we were there.

Comfortable bedroom. Convenient location for my business trip. Whole Foods store across the street. Staff was fine.
Negatives:
Urine smell in one of the stairway landings for a side entrance. Building side door open to the public. A lot of equipment out of order: ice machine on 3rd floor, printer in the lobby, 1 of 2 treadmills in the gym (other one partially functional, cannot adjust speed down). Terrible tap water taste. Yellow dry stains at my bathroom sink. Dirty carpets in hallways. Etc.

Staff ignored my comments about ridiculously slow wifi, brushed it off as "no one else has complained" yet literally everyone was using their computers in the lobby because that's the only place with coverage. The doors literally slam shut at full speed. Lastly texas is blazing hot, you have to invest more in air conditioning I was sweating while sleeping.

They need to clean the AC , the rooms was very dusty , you can feel if when you enter , everything else was good. That’s the only problem!

A/C was very noisy. The bed was lumpy.
The gym A/C was not working and the gym was extremely hot, could not use it even with the door open.
