The hot water did not work, the room smelled like wet dog, and the night shift desk person was entertaining drunk, juveniles in the reception area. When I let them know about the hot water and the dogs smell, they just said they would note it. However, first, I accidentally called the wrong location and they were offering me discount comps on my stay until we realized it wasnt the correct location.
