Negatives: The shower has a plastic in the floor that was a little bit detached from the floor and it had mold.

Negatives: At check-in, I asked about a late departure and learned that was going to cost me $30 for 30 minutes, so I declined. To add insult to injury, we were then awoken at 7:30 am with an ear-splitting alarm assuming that there must have been a fire. Not the case! When I called the front desk, I was told that it must have been a glitch in the system and in fact there was no reason to have been alarmed and awoken so abruptly. At breakfast, we inquired about getting that late check out on the house considering our trouble this morning and we were told they would not make an exception. As far as the accommodations go... The premises were well deserving of a good update. The decor was shabby and deteriorating. The wallpaper sagging and buckling, the paint was scuffed, and in many locations badly worn off at contact points. Doors were dented and marred and that was just the hallways. Upon entering the room, I found that the bathroom door latch didn't operate. Those same doors were incredibly beat up. The toilet seemed to run incessantly after flushing and the tub did not drain until I messed with it which only slightly rectified the problem leaving me standing ankle-deep in soapy water by the end of my shower. Beyond that, once I lay down on the bed, I learned that only one of the wall lamps was inoperable, and one of the other was left with a burned-out light bulb.

Negatives: The eggs were not real eggs, but those carton eggs, which have no flavor and are disappointing. Everything else for breakfast was great.

Negatives: Needs a bit of an update

Negatives: Looked like they were renovating, so hopefully better in future.

Negatives: The first room we were in was nice, we were moved out of it because it didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. The room we moved into, was gross and not worth the value we paid. There was long black hair in the bathroom when I arrived, I have medium length platinum blonde hair so it wasn’t mine. I did the pre check in thinking the check in process would go faster but instead my card was charged online from the pre booking as well as in person on the property. I was told that the pre check in is a new Wyndham initiative but it’s separate from the La Quinta. The woman helping me at the property was great but the customer service rep was awful! So now I have a locked card I can’t use because they charged my card twice for a room that was valued too high and now my bank has flagged it as a fraudulent charge. The hassle this trip has put me through, it’s not worth it. I’m so unhappy with this trip! I likely will not be staying here again!

Negatives: The elevator floor was absolutely filthy the lock on the bathroom door in both rooms was broken. There wasn’t a safe to store valuables. The doors for the rooms barely fit the frames you could see into the room next to mine. My room door jiggled badly like it’s been kicked open before! Toilet was hard to flush the handle was hit and miss but it had to be flushed 3-4 times to get anything down!

Negatives: Construction on site made only one elevator temporarily available.
