The place had a washer and dryer.
Negatives:
No fridge or microwave in room. Wanted to switch, didn't let me for 4 days. Housekeepers was very rude. Told me to take out my iwn trash. The would not sweep my room nor let me use there broom or dust pan. Room full of crickets in bed, behind, under, and coming out the walls.

The shower and bed were awesome. The responsiveness of the staff in the middle of the night was awesome too. I had to phone late at night to change my check in time and again phoned at 2am asking for directions and they promptly answered the phone.
Negatives:
I saw a cockroach and the AC was too noisy. Also, an indian lady (staff) knocked on the door on the time of the check out (11am) even though I had got approval from the front desk for a late checkout (midday). The indian lady didn't allow a late checkout despite the fact that I got approval from the front desk.
