Positives:
We were traveling on business, and this location was nearby. We like the fact that it's located right off the highway, and we had quick access.
Negatives:
This location had a large number of homeless and foot action throughout the day and night. The staff were respectful but had minimal customer service. Seems that they were conditioned to encountering a "certain" type of customers which made them seem this way. Housekeeping spoke no English, which made it hard to communicate requests for days. We just accepted the fact that our room wasn't going to be cleaned. We even wanted to request a broom to do it ourselves. Pool was out of commission when the weather was in the 90s consecutive days. No working ice machine.
