The staff was understanding about our displeasure of the construction going on during out stay, but did not offer any kind of discount on the room. The were accommodating when towels, coffee and sugar were requested.
Negatives:
They could tell we were very disappointed in the breakfast room not being available. They offered a breakfast in a bag, but it was not very healthy. The elevator was being used by the construction crew and it was very dirty. We were not offered any discount in our rate due to the construction and their website as well as the booking.com site did not say anything about construction. It did say the fitness center would be unavailable. It was very noisy during the day as well.

If it was not for...
Positives:
The location is nice and close to the domain area, and the pool grotto is nice. The staff is kind but they are trying to deal with the construction as well.
Negatives:
This hotel is under construction, and it just started therefore the next 4 months it will be loud, displaced and not a great place to stay. Additionally, the rooms were dirty, 3 out of 6 of the lights the bulbs were out, broken and ripped pool chairs, the pull out couch was dirty and pretty sure there was blood on the mattress, and lastly they had so much trouble finding extra blankets and pillow it seems that this huge hotel is in total disarray.

This property has a beautiful pool area with huge oak trees and a charming patio with grilling and seating areas. The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was very pet friendly and my dog loved the yard. I enjoyed the sparkling clean pool. The location is very quiet and handy to lots of entertainment venues.
Negatives:
This building is showing some signs of aging but I learned that they have begun a top to bottom renovation so all of those issues will be resolved.
