The ice maker in freezer didn’t work and no ice machine on property. The light above bathroom mirror didn’t work, told the desk clerk about both issues and nothing got fixed. Would not stay there again

Excellent location and fantastic value. The first room we were given was overgrown with mold from the A/C unit up the wall and onto the ceiling. The kind lady at the front desk moved us to a different room but the battery in the card key pad was dead, so she moved us to a 3rd room that was perfect- clean and comfortable. Because of the value, location, and customer service, this property will be our first choice when visiting Austin

I was at this location for 6 nights. I never had maid service. There was not a hair dryer available. On the last morning there was no coffee. It appears the front desk staff have to double as the cleaning staff. The place is a bit dated. Staff over worked
