The bed wasn't terrible and the water was hot.

The first room I was given was completely under construction so I had to carry everything back to the car and go to the lobby again while my dinner got cold. The second room was mostly clean but when I went to use the bathroom before bed the toilet was completely backed up and clogged with cigarette butts and human waste. I had been up since 4am and was already in my pj's at this point and after calling the front desk for 20 minutes with no answer, the clerk finally answered and seemed absolutely bothered by the fact I wanted my toilet fixed and couldn't understand why I thought it was so gross that the toilet wasn't even checked by the cleaning staff. I ended up plunging my own toilet to no avail just so I could go to bed.
