Positives: History of the building and the location… breakfast in the cafe was incredible. Valet team were amazing and friendly as were the front of house team.

Negatives: The people working behind the cafe/brunch place were quite rude and ignorant. I had my 2 drinks slammed down just because I’d ordered them a minute after ordering a previous drink in addition. No ‘thank you’ or anything… the word I would use is ‘surley’….left a lasting impression on the hotel and I probably wouldn’t go back there as a result.
