Positives:
Amazing location to explore downtown Austin by foot. The Ladybird Lake pathway is at the doorstep, as well as the bridge that you can walk across to instantly be shopping on South Congress.
I arrived at midnight on a Saturday night, the hotel lobby was full of 20 year olds drinking in their pajamas, but upstairs my room was completely soundproof.

Perfect location near the bike...
Positives:
The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere and there is so much to do around the hotel. We loved the taco restaurant located in the hotel and the coffee shop! Very modern vibes.
Negatives:
Only thing that was inconvenient was the mini fridge is full of drinks to purchase and we needed to use the fridge for our own beverages we brought so we had to empty everything out and then put it all back prior to checkout.

Wonderful hotel. Several options for dining and bars. The pool is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is perfect and very easy to get to popular restaurants/attractions.
Negatives:
Our in room breakfast was not simply put not very good. Coffee was good. The breakfast dinner menu item was okay. The omelet was terrible.
