Its ok but better hotels available for better prices. I didnt get a sense it was a special place

Asked for feather free room. Didnt get it. HSD to defeated my room; front desk people barely understood very simple English and there were no toiletries or gift shop. No refrherator in the room. I had to order ice. It was promised in 20-15 minutes. Called for it twice and it was delivered an hour later.
