The bathroom mirror and makeup mirrors were so high that I could not see myself. It would have been okay if the makeup mirror was adjustable to move out more and down, but it was not; it moved only back and forth. Thus, my scores less than 10.

Location was great for our event and valet was fast. Front desk were polite, helpful, and timely even at busy times

Rooms left something to be desired. Furnishing were worn out, desk chair had a dirty slip cover over it, bed and shower both had several variations of other guest hairs in them. Bathroom floor corners were also dusty/dirty. Beverage cooler smelled

The lobby was lovely and I liked the onsite food options. Staff was always friendly.

Did not meet star and website expectations. When you pulled the sheet back there was hair everywhere and the AC did not work. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and TV did not go above 60 which is understandable but Im hard of hearing.

Best thing about the hotel was the indoor pool. Besides it being a but small, it was still great!
