The room was very clean
Negatives:
1. In my two night stay the fire alarm went off 4 separate times. Twice I think at 6:30am.
2. The room was overly humid. I notified the front desk.
3. The hotels shower water was overly “soft” thus durning a shower u could never feel clean cause the soap was still on your skin.
4. I personally thought the breakfast was disgusting.

Despite the confirmed booking the hotel was fully booked. Only after 40 minutes of waiting they put my family in 2 separated rooms (the booking was only for 1). The bath water is slippery. The exhaust fan in the bathroom works all the time and the noise is very loud, even with the door closed. Breakfast has few options and the few employees take a long time to make food available.

The young man who works at the front desk during the afternoon acknowledged me when I told him my room wasnt cleaned for 4 nights

How I spend ----$ and for the first 4 nights my room never got taking cared of. Had towels piled up and had to go to front seat to get more towels

Seems like a brand new hotel. Very nice clean room with great amenities. Had a very pleasant experience! Good coffee and pancakes!

1. Red light on standing lamp in room was extremely bright at night.
2. A/c kept waking me up every time it turned on.
Other than those 2 things, the place was great.

Simple room layout with no clutter. The hotel floorplan is simple so finding the room is easy. (The hotel is not a maze.) Easy access to the main highway and free parking also helps. Free breakfast was quite good and easy to get.
Negatives:
No room safe for storing a computer or other valuables. TV software isn't well designed. No preview picture-in-picture and channel selection is a long scroll through a *very* long list. The simplified remote is great, but the user interface fails it
