Positives:
The room is comfortable and clean. Gym facility is great. The location is very good, easy to walk to most of the restaurants, offices and touristic places.
Negatives:
The reception staff. They did not inform me about the ongoing renovations inside and outside the hotel. As a first-time guest, this information would have been helpful in managing my expectations. Additionally, their demeanor seemed unapproachable, with a lack of eye contact and proactivity.
One evening, there were two fire trucks outside the hotel. While entering, I inquired with the reception staff about the situation. Unfortunately, they simply responded with "no" and did not show any concern for my safety or attempt to gather further information.
I believe a little more attentiveness and proactive communication from the reception staff could significantly enhance the guest experience.
