The staff was very nice.
Negatives:
They closed the pool after labor day and it was 100 degrees outside all I wanted to do was swim. Also no breakfast and no coffee pot in the room. All that and the price was expensive as the other hotels with a pool and all that.

Positives:
Staff was friendly, accommodated my 1 hr late check out. My daughter's played in an all night softball tournament, therefore our sleep time began at 6:30am. This place was near the softball fields, drive was convenient.
Negatives:
Pulling up to an unmanicured lawn, tall grass and weeds. Once inside, water all over the floor and in elevator from people not drying somewhat off before entering the building- not sure if hotel provides towels. Walking into a HOT, Musty smelling room- AC was not on. This location does not provide breakfast, my fault for not looking into that. Just wasn't worth the $30 I saved by not staying at the hotel I'd initially booked.

2 large roaches in our room, one was alive. AC was not on when we got into the room so it was very humid. AC was also very loud.
