Breakfast was good and had a good selection. The Main bed was OK and clean, the Sleeping Couch was disgusting

We booked the room via booking.com, and even though it was clear that a family of 4 would arrive, the sleeping couch was not prepared as such. We had to prepare it ourselves. The mattress was disgusting, yellowish, and full of stains of all sorts. When we turned the mattress upside down, a dead roach fell off. The kids were sleeping on the couch, even they were very light weighting they complained they could feel the springs inside the mattress. The blankets were too thin, they were cold all-night. The AC had a moldish smell. The coffee machine was dirty and was not operational. I would give 0 for the room preparation. But I wouldn't blame the maids but the reception or whoever handles the bookings. Wouldn't go there again.

Very disappointing stay
Positives:
Very clean and comfortable. Very nice rooms with all the standard amenities. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was able to check in early without any trouble.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken and the exit door at the end of the building was broken and stuck open. It does not shut all the way when you go out it. Lacks security that the card reader at the entrance door requires.

Staff was great! Location was wonderful so close to everywhere . I would definitely book here again!

I booked a room with a loveseat/ fold out bed so our son could sleep on it and when I folded it out the metal frame for bed was rusted ,pieces of the metal was falling off and part of the mattress was stained with the rust . Frame also didn't want to fold out. So we didn't get to use it .
