The queen size suite was spacious.

I didn’t like that there was no fan in the bathroom and the shower curtain didn’t stay closed. The pool tiles were coming off and some of the chairs were broke. There was no variety with the breakfast, the same food every day. The chairs in the breakfast area were not in good shape, leather ripping.

When we came back from the pool the floor got wet, so I got a towel to dry the floor. When I was wiping the water up the towel ended up black from all the disgust from the unclean floors. That was beyond disgusting.

NOTHING WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN WAIST OF TIME AND MY MONEY
Negatives:
The staff pulling out Miller lite and was drinking it out by the front door. The guy manager was always out front smoking damn near every 5 minutes. They had to change our room. In one of the rooms we had the A/C did not work. They sent us to another room, that room was so called clean already but there were beer caps on the couch and trash left behind. The reps had their small kids with the master key card opening my wife and I room while we were there. Thank God we were dressed when they did it. Staff open the room to my daughter's room without knocking freaking her out. It was to a point I was ready to go the hell off till my wife had to calm me down. Also the pool was nasty as hell. I will NEVER STAY AT ANY COMFORT SUITE EVER AGAIN.

Staff was accommodating upon requests. Great location to shops, restaurants and interstates. Nice facilities and amenities.
Negatives:
Water pressure in bathroom sink was not up to par. Furnishings need to be updated there were cosmetic issues needing attention in the rooms. Cleaning staff not able to speak English to communicate with guests.

I left a bag in my room, called about a hr after and was told they had it but I would have to call back the following day because house keeping had already left. I called the following day to be told someone would call me back. No on did so I reached out, and was on hold for about 20 min while the "manager" checked. was advised nothing in room not sure who told me it was. then when asked for names of person cleaned room and I spoke to I was advised they only have first and nickname....he doesn't know his employees last names....

The hotel was in a great location for people traveling Interstate 10, like we were. There were plenty of nearby restaurants. The Hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable, they offered a broad variety of breakfast, and the hotel staff was super friendly.
